Decisions and Publications

The Ohio Civil Rights Commission enforces Ohio's Laws Against Discrimination. Our authority and power comes from Ohio Revised Code 4112 and Ohio Administrative Code 4112. We have work-sharing agreements with both the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
